When Michiel de Ruyter founded the Marine Corps ('Korps Mariniers') in the seventeenth century, 360 years ago, whisky was unknown in the Netherlands. On the wooden decks of ships, sailors drank strong, clear brandy: eau de vie.

In corporation with the Association of former Marines, EymardVille has released ‘De Ruyter 360’. An eau de vie to celebrate this 360-year anniversary. This limited edition captures the soul of those 360 years in a modern bottle.
The eau de vie is refined, with woody notes, subtle smoke and a robust finish, reminiscent of the scent of burning oak and salty sea air. A spirit that is powerful and refined.
