Red Wine Barrel - Eymardville's gift to spirits lovers
Elstar apples from the Eymardville orchards are harvested each year, and processed into a beautiful distillate. Master Distiller Leon van Welie matures this distillate in red wine barrels for three years. When bottling, the alcohol content is brought from 62% to 42%. The result is a pure eau-de-vie made from fruit, yeast and water. And nothing else.
Eymardville Red Wine Barrel is praised by connoisseurs. Serve in a nice tumbler and add a few drops of water to further develop the bouquet.
