You must be of legal drinking age to use this site, if you are not, do not enter this site.

Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed and would like a refund of the total cost of your order, please contact us at info@eymardville.com and we will be happy to arrange this.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns. If packaging is damaged, you must contact us within 14 days in order to receive a replacement.

If our courier has tried to deliver 2 times and has been unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery, they will return the parcel to us. At that point, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery and there may be a charge for this.

In the sale of limited edition eau-de-vie, there is often a limit on the number of bottles available to purchase per customer. We reserve the right to refund in full any orders where a customer has purchased more than the stipulated limit per customer.

Restrictions On Use

Material from this site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted in any way without the prior written consent of Appelfris B.V. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by use of or access to this site; rather, all rights, title and interest in and to all aspects of the site remain the property of Appelfris B.V. Material on this site is provided for lawful purposes only.

Restriction Of Liabilty

Under no circumstances shall Appelfris B.V. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages), harm or injury that relate to, arise out of, or result from the use of, or access to, or the inability to use, any of the materials of this site, or are caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operational transmission, computer virus or line failure.
